Late game efforts help the Cougars beat Northampton 60-59

In Bethlehem PA, our women's basketball team took on Northampton in a region 19 matchup. Both teams have been playing well and both received votes for the national ranking going into the game. Northampton started out fast with 17-7 advantage at the end of the 1^st. The Cougars cut the lead and went into halftime only down 5. In the 2^nd half the cougars erased the 5-point deficit and scored a basket late in the 4^th quarter to seal the win. The Cougars got a big performance out of Jacklyn Duran who finished with 14 points 14 rebounds, 3 blocks and 3 assists. Tatianna Johnson continues to fill the stat sheet as she totaled 14 points 4 rebounds, 4 assist, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. The win pushes the Cougars to 10-3 overall. They travel to Ocean CC tomorrow for a 5pm matchup versus the Vikings.
