Camden County College Men's Soccer continued their red-hot form with a commanding 8-0 win over Delaware County Community College on Tuesday, notching their third consecutive victory in dominant fashion.
From the opening whistle, the Cougars controlled the pace of the match, applying relentless pressure and showcasing sharp ball movement. The offensive outburst was highlighted by multiple goal scorers and a cohesive team performance that overwhelmed the visiting Phantoms.
Without second year defender and captain Bono Wijnhoven, (Blitterswijck/Netherlands) the Cougars needed other plays to step up and lead the team.
Nico Segarra (Mallorca, Spain) continued his excellent play, scoring in his third straight match while David Mestre (Valencia, Spain) found the net in his second.
Rinze Muis (Amersfoort, Nethlerands) was also stellar, scoring his first two goals of the season of his strong first campaign with the Cougars. Muis currently leads Region XIX in total assists.
With this latest win, Camden County improves their season record to (9-2-1) and extends their winning streak to three games. The defense remained rock-solid, earning a clean sheet, while the attacking unit has now scored 18 goals over the last three matches.
As Camden apporaches the final stretch of the year, they remain focused and intent to chase their goals.

The Camden County Cougars (9-2-1) will now look to get healthy before their next matchup, as they take on undefeated Mercer on the road, October 8th at 6:00pm.
