Bio

Coach Takeem Ragland enters his 1st season as Head Coach and is the first-ever Head Coach for Camden County College inagural Women's Flag Football program.

A native of Millville, NJ, Coach Ragland brings a unique blend of collegiate-level instruction and deep football coaching experience to the CCC community.

A Dedication to Development: Coach Ragland offers over 11 total years of coaching experience at all levels, including over seven years focused specifically on developing football players. His background includes currently serving as a high school varsity football coach (RB/LB position coach and JV Defensive Coordinator) and two years coaching semi-pro football while working in China. He also operates as a private sports and training coach.

Commitment to Student Success: Coach Ragland is currently a professor of ESL at Camden County College (CCC), Camden Campus, with the ABS/GED program. This direct involvement with students and his experience facilitating instruction underscores his commitment to the academic and athletic success of his team.

He is an alumnus of Delaware State University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations in 2009. He is also an alumnus of Saint Joesph's University (PA) where he earned his Master's Degree in Health Care Ethics in 2015.

Coach Ragland is dedicated to building a foundation of excellence, strategic play, and competitive spirit as he launches this historic Women's Flag Football program at Camden County College.
