The meet featured Division III Universities and NJCAA junior colleges from the New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey area.

The lady Cougars were lead by Sara Loew, who covered the 6k course with a time of 25:15* to finish in 5th place. The next lady Cougar across the line was Betzabel A. Delos Santos Trinidad in 28:29*(42nd), followed by Autumn Baldini 28:30(43rd), Emily Santana 28:51*(44th) and Nicole Mattern 30:59*(59th). The women's team finished in 8th place overall.

The Cougars next competition will be on Saturday October 6th in the Blue and Gold Invitational hosted by Delaware University. The women's 6k will go off at 10:00am, followed by the men's 8k at 10:30am. The race site is located at the White Clay Creek State Park in Newark, Delaware. This will also be the the site for the NJCAA Region XIX Championships, that will be held on Sunday October 28th. Please come out and show your support for cross country Cougars!
